It's a shame that someone write a nice piece about their feelings about the game and the same trolls nitpick and **** all over it.

I don't worry about idiots -- I'm a teacher after all and deal with Middle School pipsqueaks and Know-It-All students all day...

And, yes, I am a Superfan -- will always be.

Go Bulls!

Do you have unrealistic expectations of your students too?

Romanticize that victory much? BJ Daniels made great decisions that day? He was 8/21 with 2 ints. USF won, but let's not get carried away.

Before you hate on my "romantic" notion, get some posts first Rookie.

Yes, he could have easily thrown the game away (we've seen that song-and-dance before), but he didn't. So, yes, he played a good game.

Not sure if serious.

A redshirt freshman making his first start, on the road, in hostile territory, against the team he grew up rooting for. No he was not perfect, but in the offense we used to run pulling it down and running was just as good a decision most times. Had 126 yards rushing and those 2 big passes. Not perfect by he made enough good decisions to get a lead and let the defense dominate.

One of his INT's came on a non called horse collar by FSU's D.

Please do not feed the trolls.

Great post, Norman. That is one road trip and game I will never forget. We were seated right in front of the band, too.

I hope we stuff the run. I miss McClain and Grissom before the broken leg.
