Why can't usf get top assistamt coaches ?

First Coach leavitt and now Coach Holtz don't get the top assistant coachs.  Wonder why ?  LSU,UF,Auburn & Tenn have over 2.6 mil for base salarys for their assistant coaching staff.

Anyone like to guess or knows how much we paid our assistant coachs for the last four years ?

I think usf has decent coaches this year.  Snyder was a defensive/assistant coach on the 2002 buckeyes national championship team.
