Obviously, Daniels is on top of the food chain. VERY Impressed and any questions need to be squashed regarding the transition.

Now, #2 ...

Seems that the #2 spot is being handed over to an unproven True Freshman. SERIOUS CONCERN ... wishing him the best.

Again, 2nd Spring Game for Landi and I thought he looked pretty good. Wish he would be #2 ...

Fall practice will decide a lot.

Go BULLS !!!

Everyone knows who we turn to in the unfortunate event that BJ Daniels does not start every game next year.

So at what point do you sit Landi? #2 QB probably won't see the field very much, would you leave his talents on the bench?

1. Between Landi and Gunsby (sp?) we should have a stop gap replacement for BJ in the event he's hurt for a short period. Landi may be able to hold the fort down for a prolonged period imo.

2. BJ played well. It was against a limited defense though. BJ proved last season that the best way to throw him off is to blitz him (see Rutgirls game). Thus, it didn't prove much, but should serve to make his ratings on EA sports NCAA Football 11 be pretty good, so I'm happy...hopefully his play translates into real games though.

Granted, this was very limited in so many ways . . . but his command of the game was great and his passes were SPOT ON !

We'll know come the UF game how well he is.

Go BULLS !!!

BJ played well, however, he seemed to have difficulty throwing the short pass on target, many times those passes were low.

Just throwing it out there... BUT, any chance we go after another JUCO QB before the end of summer as insurance?

I would never play our backup in any other capacity then a mop up QB. Last year Landi got injured on trick plays and if something were to happen to BJ then we would of been up the creek.
