1:00  Introduction, Player synopsis & Itinerary

1:15 Player Ht, Wt, Hand/Wing Span, Flexibility

1:30 Vertical & Broad Jump

1:50 Bench 225 Rep Test - Alphabetical Order

Will be help on USF Soccer/Track Field:

2:30 40yd Dash - Alphabetical Order (2 reps)

2:50 Short Shuttle & 3 Cone Wheel Drill - Alphabetical Order (1 rep)

3:00 Long Shuttle & Position Drills - As requested

With the attention JPP, Allen, Murphy and Mitchell are getting I thought I would have heard more on it nationally...

Weight room activities are not, all drills out at the soccer/track stadium after 2:30 should be open to the public

At least 3 NFL head coaches expected to be at USF Pro Day: Bears' Lovie Smith, Jags' Jack Del Rio (10th pick), Giants' Tom Coughlin (15th).

Carlton Mitchell just ran a 4.42 in his first 40 attempt at #USF #Pro Day       DAYUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are the Combine results. Mitchell made a .07 second improvement.

I read on some draft site that Allen did 16 reps at the combine. If that's true, I'm surprised he dit it again today. His vertical wasn't too good compared to other DB's, and he decided to NOT run today. Perhaps, he's still injured.
