Is there any reason to believe USF will turn a corner in the next 5 years? (This is a serious question)

I'm not saying firing CJL or anyone else is the answer. But what will have to change for us to win the Big East? It's not like we're getting beat by 1-2 scores. Nothing has really changed in 5 years of Big East play. If anything, we may be worse.

I think the other teams are getting better Cincy, Pitt, Rutgers and we are falling behind

I do question the direction of this program, if anything we have leveled off that is for sure and maybe starting to go down.

While I certainly question the capability of this coaching staff, it is becoming readily apparent to me that we are lacking talent.

I already lost faith, USF will not improve in 5 years under Leavitt. He needs to be fired and we need a new coach ASAP.

we aren't lacking talent.  we've had the talent to beat ranked teams like Auburn, Kansas, West Virginia, FSU.  we had a top 25 recruiting class last year.

it's not talent.  it's poor coaching, plain and simple.

the only issue now is going to be minimizing the damage Leavitt does to this program and its credibility before his contract expires.

or we go after players not that good??

recruiting crap players [which is NOT the problem here] is also a matter of coaching.

coaches recruit and evaluate talent.
