Bedford needs to step up and take the starting spot.

He may start splitting time with Buie. Hopefully equal PT as marshall has outplayed buie so far.

Buie had some very nice moves in the FIU game and he sometimes gets a very quick start. The problem is that he doesn't have the closing speed to finish the play. He's not playing that badly. It's not Bedford that is behind him, either, it's Craig Marshall, who seems to be playing very well. Chris Robinson made a nice play against FIU as a DE, too. Especially considering some of the opponents we've had in the beginning. Our best outing was against the best team - Kansas. Do you know why Bedford hasn't seen alot of playing time? Sure, he does not have the tackles or sacks, but I see him putting some pressure on a lot. So, I am not too concerned about him right now. We need to play Chris Robinson more though in my opinion.
