Was watching something on ESPN and saw/heard that the NCAA is reviewing Mauk's case AGAIN since he was willing to go to court over it.  Don't see why they would review it again to deny him and then have him go to court in the end.  Watch for Mr. Mauk to be under center at Cinci this year.

He's baaaaackkk :chainsaw

It's not even the fact that Mauk is a good QB that I don't want to see back on the field so USF can beat Cincy.

It's the fact that Mauk is being incredibly selfish by doing this.  Grutza has been practicing as the #1 QB since Fall started, and should Mauk get back in, all of Grutza's hard work will be for nothing.  He will throw off the team chemistry and hurt his team.

He seriously needs to let it go.

1. Does Mauk have a future in pro football?

2. Can Mauk earn a degree by the end of the academic year?

If the answer to both questions is "no", then there's no reason for him to come back.

Mauk earned his degree from Wake. Worked on his Master's at Cinci. He won't win this appeal. It's just so he can plead his case in front of NCAA. They didn't allow him to last time. Check out what Mandel has to say.

1.  Maybe, but very doubtful.

2.  Yes, he can finish his masters by the end of the year.
