as we saw with WKU, it only takes one quarter's collapse on D for us to lose the scoring battle. I wish Coach T's report said the defense had the best practice of the year...

Last time USF beat Memphis during regular season game, 2003.  JR put on quite a show

I don't see us staying favored, and Memphis has a wide open offense that could put up over 40 on our D, if we don't have a great plan to stop them.

The upside, as Tulsa showed, Memphis D can be exploited, so we SHOULD score on them.  And, the bye week gives us 2 weeks to rest, heal & prepare...and this team KNOWS it cannot afford to lose another game, or there's no chance we win our AAC division.

I think I'll lay off this bet.

Precipitation wasn't a factor in the Holtz era. Humidity was.
