More Viewing Choices For Us Cord Cutters

For those cord cutters using Sling to get ESPN, there's a new option, PlayStation Vue. Depending on where you live, it's either $30 or $40 a month and up. The base package includes ESPN, ESPN 2, FS1 and FS2. Hopefully they will add CBS Sports. They seem to be selling it at a loss because it's 55+ channels with multiple streams vs 1 at a time for Sling with about half the channels. It also has access for about 10 channel apps including WatchESPN. Picture quality looks better than Sling imo. There is a 7 day free trial now. 

 

You need a PS3/4 or Amazon Fire TV. There is also an iOS app. 

 

In the fall there will be a streaming package offered by ATT/DirecTV that some expect will have an NFL Sunday Ticket add on.

This is fantastic! FIOS contract up in the summer and strongly considering my options in chord cutting. Already have the PS3.

Didnt know this until recently,  but if you or a loved one work for The Mouse, you can use your Mouse credentials to log in to Watch ESPN.

I hope USF adds CBS Sports. We are only on there (sometimes) because the other American teams are on there.

Is it out currently? Will seriously consider. Problem is the **** cable companies jack up your internet if you don't have a package so sometimes it's not worth it to cut the chord and add the other streaming sites.

Yes it's out now. I got a Comcast Business Internet account, $69.99/m, no cap. Didn't need to prove I had a business. The speed is slower though, we get 18mbps. But it's fine for us.

Couldn't you just sign up for HBO now?
