He's a Taggart recruit because he committed to Taggart. This was a ridiculous observation the last time you broached it ...

Pretty sure Holtz didn't offer him either. Taggart extended the offer and he immediately accepted.

I don't know, 5 bad seasons in 7 years isn't very good.

I was thrilled with USF's tourney run a few years ago, but some of the losses this year were pathetic. Reminded me of Holtz in his last two seasons. The team just found a way to lose too many winnable games.

Maybe a fresh start is what the program needs.

USF has a legitimate shot of going 3-1 in that stretch.

It may sound crazy after last year, but Maryland and NC State are not good either. A couple bounces go our way and we will win those games.

I don't see 1-3 or 0-4 happening. I think 2-2 is the most realistic prediction. Really doubt we are competitive against Wisconsin. Power run games have always been a weakness, and we will be thin at D-line...not a good sign. Would be an awesome win, but that will be a tough one.

Really doubt he goes in the top 3 rounds. Guy was a bum at Usf and did nothing at the combine. Good riddance to that stupid ass salute when we are down by 30.

I had hope got Floyd, but he doesn't have it. He was done here.

Floyd was never going to play here anyways. Best of luck to him elsewhere.

That's a bit misleading. 2013 would have been AW. So CWT, in the midst of what every single person who has ever watched USF football is calling a QB problem, has brought in 2. Pretty much the same rate.

I don't know what makes you think AW would have stuck if Holtz had stayed.

AW would have bolted for UCLA, regardless of who was head coach at USF.

White starts, Bench will be rotating in for some read option.

Flowers won't (and shouldn't) play next year, barring injuries. He needs more time to develop.

I expect White and the offense to be much better next year.

I live two hours from New Orleans, so I'm really hoping for that game. Would love to spend the weekend over there.

I really couldn't care less if Floyd transfers. For him to ever see the field again White, Bench, and Flowers would all have to be injured.

If that's the case, we are screwed anyways, a walk on true freshman couldn't be any worse.

Now, this is assuming Bench stays, and Flowers comes in (I think both will happen). If we lose Bench or Flowers, then we have some serious issues, but I don't see it.

Would be good for depth, I will be surprised if Taggart puts him on scholarship.

But, I really know nothing about the kid. Maybe He is a diamond in the rough.

Class is looking great.

We saw a lot of freshman getting playing time last year, I expect the same this year. Taggart has shown he can recruit here, now he just has to transfer that into wins.

Money well spent, IMO.

This is the most important hire in USF athletics history.

Kap is a much better passing QB than Daniels.

Daniels was good for us, great when compared to the QBs once He was hurt, but accuracy and poor decision making were always an issue.

I would still love to have him back. Daniels put us in the position to win many games in his last two years that the defense just straight up lost for us.

WTF is wrong w this kid. Nearly an OZ tells you this isn't a first time thing. It's either regular consumption or he's selling. I don't want either in this program.

Piss test the entire team, suspend those who pop dirty. This team needs a serious cleansing. Absolute BS.

You know how many kids would pop hot? Probably close to half the team. And the same goes for any other schools football program.

Smoking a little pot is one thing, but you don't get a felony charge for just a little.

Marijuana laws are ridiculous.

That said, the law is the law. Looks like we need a new starting CB. It's a shame, Durden showed promise.

I can't wait for next season.

Glad He is on his way out, but as someone else pointed out, this really hinges on who we get to replace him. It's hard to imagine someone worse, but it's possible.
