Since you got into so much on everyone else, let's not glaze over CWT.  Yes, he worked out, but he was a hair's breath away from being CJS:  Inherited a failing program, and had a very rocky start.  He got lucky that when he had nothing left to lose, he had the 9-to-5 combo work out when he decided to let them loose.

I've defended them before because they were providing good coverage.  But, not so much a fan anymore.  They've fallen off a lot since covid. 

Sad part is I think Seth is actually really good at what he does.

I was in and out by that point, but defense is where we struggled most.  Several close games, and defense is what makes the difference there.  Several times they said 130th in defense.

Yes.  7 Scholarship lineman I think got the borderline criminal and the 14 safeties got the negligence.  or vice versa.  Either way, I think it reveals a lot. 
I agree, I like what I hear, straight forward, not a lot of coach speak.  Want to see if any of it translates to W's.

During his Alumni tours when Dan Mullen was hired as head coach a UF, he had a story about this kid they didn't really need to try to hard to recruit.  Talked about how this kid from Jacksonville showed up to a game and loved the atmosphere and how he got a ball from a player.  Blah blah, that kid became their third Heisman winner.

The point is, it all goes together.  And it is kind of a chicken and egg thing.  Yes, win and people show up.  But you still need create an atmosphere athletes want to win in.  

Same goes with how out of control NIL is... we won't have a great NIL unless we win, but it will be hard to attract athletes without a good NIL.

I like that they're trying to do something, and realizing that what they have been doing hasn't been working, and are open to getting help.

It will take longer.  The electrical equipment is seeing 40+ weeks on delivery.  

12 months may be from broken ground to substantial, but there will be a lot of lead time.
