I don't follow directions well. 

I like to BBQ Rib Eyes every weekend, some huge burgers, and some chicken or sausages.  I eat it all weeek long for lunch at work and dinner.

I had spinal surgery 2 weeks ago due to a weight lifting boboo. Started Crossfit at 62, might have been a bad decision. Nt sure, actually I am sure but say no more!

I love great really wed wine.

I contributed, not well, but I remain consistent.
