  1. Yes...UCF is 3-45 against teams from automatic qualifying conferences since it moved up to FBS in 1996.
  2. That could explain the interest in UCF ... Wouldn't that really suck if that was the reason he went to UCF over USF.
  3. Yes, I saw that. Josh thinks he is not a "lock" for USF and wrote a story about that, but it's premium info which I can't read. I would be very surprised if he didn't sign with USF. I wouldn't, not all kids want to play for their dad. Some kids want to get out of the nest and experience new things and places. Also FSU should be pretty good the next couple of years so it will be easy for a kid to get caught up in all of the "We're Back" hype much like kids did with UF during the Tebow era and Sign there no matter the depth chart. Good point.
  4. Greg Auman has a story on that: http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bulls/content/former-gators-rb-blakely-visiting-usf-holtz-today Great reporting, this could be a great get. I am a little surprised he would even consider UCF, especially when he originally wouldn't even look at a school outside of the SEC, let alone outside the BCS.
  5. From what I have read, Holtz and Co. were granted permission to meet with Blakely. UF released him, he cannot join an SEC team or FSU or Miami per release. I have said it before on here, if we can get Blakely that would say alot about our program and our coaching staff, especially with the depth we already have.
  6. I take it Coah Holtz has the theory that if you offer first to top recruited talent it may go a long way; I hope he is right. I am sure this kid is going to get some big time offers.
  7. I have to say that without any hesitation I liked your other profile pic much better. Nonetheless thanks for all of your insight and posts this recruiting season.
