He needs to coach up one of the big men or bring one in Doesn't need to be a scorer, just defend and rebound for 15 min a game

If he is the honorable man he says he is, he will stay at least 1 more year for the 3 guys who follwed him to Tampa

As the P2 distance themselves from the rest of us, has anyone seen what impact that would have on their tv ratings? Certainly the networks have done research on the issue, but it seems like alienating fan bases would eventually have consequences.
My interest in the B1G and SEC is pretty limited, but I admittedly tune in for the premier matchups. That will likely change if/when they break off or seize all the seats at the table. I don’t imagine I’m alone.
I recently talked about this to a huge Auburn fan and Michigan fan. Even there fan bases are getting upset wwith all this. It's taking away the real meaning of college athletics,

Gotta be just about time for Karter to make a decision. If Coach Amir closes the deal there and adds him along with C.J. Brown . . . whoa.
I not a fan of these guys for cetain reasons but the guys from The Bay Area Examiner have hinted that he will be a Bull. I hate to admit it, but they do seem to know so inside stuff.

Sellout crowd looked and sounded great on TV. I was curious before the game how much of it would be our crowd and how much would be FAU fans making the trip, but it definitely looked like almost entirely USF fans
I would say around 250 FAU fans

this team can make noise in the tourney
I wish I beleived it. I know the game has changed and Bigs are not as important but I feel the lack of a Big to defend a strong Big is gonna hurt us as some point.

Was it louder than the UF game in 2001? Even while taking a L that day, the loudness of the Dome rivaled the WVU game when the INT was returned for six.
I'll be honest, Tonight was fun but I thought the Charlotte game was louder and a better atmoshere.

I would think you don't have to pay to get into MOSI to go there. Does anyone know? Thinking about eating there then walking over from there.

I worried this weather is going to make a lot of no shows, especially students.

I would love to see Walker and Pryor on the court at the same time.

Reid had the play of the game.

30 min before tip off. Students showing up

make him your highest paid associate with the stipulation that he has to give Fowler Avenue 20% every year

When the breakaway happens, I am going to be the leader of the alliance boycott. I am going to make sure every fan of the leftover schools never once turn on the TV to watch any of their games. As someone mentioned only about 20 schools will have large veiwership, ESPN will lose their ass

I keep hearing about the claw being turned into a "New Urbanist Community" hope that is true Going back to the Tampa-St.Pete thing. I love DT ST.Pete amazing how many restaurants and bars as well as the beautiful waterfront. But when me and my girl decided to rent out our house in South County and rent somewhere ourselves, we didn't think about DT St. Pete at all. We looked in Channelside (too young of a crowd) and decide to rent on Davis Islands. We have never been happier in our lives. Davis Island -Hyde Park - all of Downtown Tampa and even Ybor is pretty cool for us 50 somethings.

It's going to be such a bad atmosphere there as it is going to be empty. I know it was probably out of their control, but scheduling a game on Gasparilla.

Just got home from the game. It's a shame the crowd is so small. USF really does a good job on making it a fun event.
Jayden Reid pouted every time he was on the bench.
If Walker can get his head on straight he could be the best player on the team
If Pryor gets stronger he does have the potential to play in the league
The difference between this team and past teams are that they are basketball player, not great athletes playing basketball. They actually hit their open shots and play decent fundemental defense unlike past teams that had highlight dunks only and played good defense.

We are probably NIT. Looking at next year we lose a lot. Still need some more length. CJ Brown seems like a stud Guard. If we can somehow get Karter Knox and get a solid 6"9 guy. It could carry over to next year for an NCAA team

HE GIVES US some STARTER experience.
He was injured last year, would have been the starter on an SEC team. He will start for USF

Depth? He is definitely our starter going into next year.
Ya I see him taking Dono's spot. Nice pickup

I think we have a good shot at Maliq Carr Huge TE from Mich State. Had over 30 catches last year. Would be a big time get

More likely they would be happy with an ACC that looks somewhat like this.
Boston College, Syracuse, Pitt, Wake Forest,Duke, Georgia Tech, SMU, Cal, Stanford with additions of USF, Tulane, Oregon St,Washington St maybe UConn and ND for non football.
Miami, VT, UL and NCST arent going anywhere

Do you all think Abdur-Rahim could leave next year?

Realignment will play a huge role in if he sticks around for years. He knows more then we know about what is going to happen. If they are certain the ACC (or Big 10) is calling then he will be in line for a big raise (I think it is built into his and Golesh's contracts)
