OMG I'm heartbroken. I went back to USF in my 30's to finish up after getting laid off from my job. I had Mike in a couple of my classes. He was such a cool dude. I would throw a football with him in the hall way before class.

An RFP just went out for 120 acres to create a mixed use community with entertainment purposes, housing ECT. Construction could start as early as 2025. I'm a big urbanest guy who is loving all the new developments in Tampa from Water Sstreet to Gas Worx, Ybor Harbor, the redevelopment of the Central City YMCA in Tampa Heights and on and on. This one by far has me most excited. USF is really becoming a destination

TD (Tech Data) Synnex, Jabil, Mosaic, and Jabil are the top 4.
Jabil was run by a USF guy But I believe he retired.

Or a thousand millionaires.
I guarantee you we have over 1,000 millionaires. Unfortunatly being a millionaire today does not make you rich

That would be amazing and I am sure he has a lot of offers. Do we actually have a real.shot to land him?
Word is between us and So Cal Thinking he wants to come home and be coached by an NFL DB coach not a player

I know some of us have heard whispers about the redevelopment of the Claw. I just listened to a podcast (The Tampa Bay Developer) that had Mike Kelly on. He did mention that the Claw will be redeveloped into usage for the University at some point. This can become a great revenue stream for the University and create that destination spot to give students and alumns that true feeling of being on a college campus. Let the runors start on what others are hearing

Good news bad news. Jose is making over $800K and has a $1,000,000 buy out. They can bring in a new Womens head coach for around $350K to $400K and now as an athletic department have a nice chunk of change to pay Rahim and staff some extra cash

Love both KP and Miguel but neither stuck me as NBA material. Wish them both the best if that works out through.
Agree, Both have no left hand at all.

I was thinking that last night. Until this year we were lucky to have one guy that was a decent shooter (not just a 3 point shooter) Now we have 5 guys that I feel comfortable shooting the ball. I'm a big fan of Walker and he can shoot the ball decent

McLane stadium seats 45K, designed by same Populous and cost $266 million.....maybe $350 million in today's $.
Populous with 10K less seating couldn't come up with something similar for $320 million? Instead, we have an FIU, FAU, UCF and any highschool in Tampa skeletal steel support structure going in.
Kelly assured it won't bounce like UCF because it will have preformed concrete seating base (like FSU) but it sure will look like it as you walk up, around and under it. Next they will be telling us we got a great deal on green chainlink fencing and we are going full-UCF on the inside with it.
So it will feel like FSU's Doak as you are sitting but anywhere else it will look like FAU, FIU, UCF. I thought we waited to do it right and learn from their stadiums and not do the quick and dirty?
McLane stadium flyover:
Remember $40 mill or so is going into the Football/Lacross facility.

2 tix $50 each.

The home of the tourney should be the team that won the previous year
-
Since they said it's expandable for future, I'm trying to figure out where you can add an additional 10,000 seats

For the Sunday games I parked (probably illegally) at MOSI and had no problem at all arriving or leaving the game. Last night I came on campus via BBD and parked in the garage by the student center and went out the same way. Again no problem at all

The wooded area north of the stadium- The Pasture (Technically a wooded pasture is called a "silvo Pasture)
If they open up the track and field-The Commons
The land in front of the greek village- The Bab.la (Bull in Greek)
Sorry couldn't sleep last night so started thinking of fun unimportant stuff

I can't wait till I can get rid of the "same old USF" feeling and believe we are going to win.

Way to put a pinch hitter in to look at a 3rd strike right down the middle

Bought 2 in the 200 section. Only $20 same area I sat last 2 games and they were $30
