Even if Strong comes out and “fixes” the offense, what about the sloppiness and lack of focus that we see on the field every week? That’s all on Strong and replacing some on his staff don’t fix it.

Agreed on all. However, who is going to dog that deep after seeing he’s 17-7? All people see is the record and the school looks bad for canning the guy. Never mind Strong is trending in the wrong direction.

Probably because nobody is getting fired. 

3 win season if he stays and no changes. We were basically a 4 win team this year with the lucky breaks that went our way.

Sad thing is if we play GT at any other point in our schedule, we lose. 

Whoever we go after, we have to realize that we are hiring someone for the offensive system that we want. We need an offensive minded coach who knows what to do with the Florida speed we have. We are due for a homerun hire! We had to endure Holtz and now Strong. We are bound for some luck at some point. 

So Strong lost to Kansas in his third year. Calling it now, if he stays we are losing to UConn next season.

Why? What does Strong bring to the table exactly? We know his history and the kind of personality he wants with his coordinators.

Most of you agree with me now, so with that I’m honored. 

This was an embarrassing game all around. Shameful when we look so bad even when we have guys rotating off the field after we know we are playing a team with a fast paced offense. Looked sloppy, unprepared, just pathetic. 

This game should be the nail in the coffin with Strong and his staff. As I type this only 10 points against a terrible defense....minus their one-handed leader from last year. They suddenly look good on D because our offense is terrible. Playcalling is inexcusable and people need to be fired. Embarrassing. 

Nothing has changed from last year in San Jose. There was a problem then and it was never fixed. For that, Strong needs to pay for it with his job. We are better than the underachieving mindset he brings.

Did the defensive coaches watch any film this year.  All year UCF lines up and runs tempo after every big play.  so they don't have the defensive players hustle and line up, let alone make a substitution that is just trotting out there.  Sorry, this is just lack of attention to detail.  They staff is never prepared.

The way the subs were trying to come in and rotate out, how unprepared we looked on those substitutions, all on coaching. 

This is why we need a new staff. Strong won’t get it done.

Dude, commentators get our schools mixed up all of the time. So yeah they do talk about USF. So thanks for helping us look good this year despite Strong. 

Truth is, nobody cares about our schools outside of our areas. By this summer, nobody will be talking UCF after your little run. 

By the time there is another round of B12 expansion talk, it will be bad for UCF because by then you’ll be on another 0-12 season. I mean that’s your tradition right? Follow up championships with donuts

I’m not sure if any of us really care about GD coming here dude. Most of us want a legit coaching staff who will give us a conference and not have to endure 0-12 seasons in between runs.
