I do like Reynolds and Brown alot, but the rest time will tell. Just my 2 cents, and thts all its worth

I don't want to sound too critical of a young kid, but this signee I'm not too impressed with, especially with the other players we have at the position. Time will tell and I do trust CAAR, he has earned that.

This is why we need to do everything possible to keep him here long term...lets turn USF into the next Gonzaga. Lets keep CAAR.
PS I was holding out hope that 2 of them would still return....now not so much but still love the coach and where he has us heading

Or is it possible they needed to submit by the Thursday deadline, just in case CAAR leaves then they could follow? Otherwise they can come back and we are all happy

No bigger critiquer of the pity party patrol than me but, for me anyway, got to cut some slack here. After that year, and how the immediate future was lining up, this is kind of a gut punch ..... akin to Byrum hitting the portal this year. Key will be how much more we lose ..... although could have sworn I heard that one of the tournament teams didn't have any returning points from the previous year, so it can be done, but don't want to have to.
For real pity party stuff, see the "Thanks, Judy" insertions ......
Utah St was the team

Louisville, Pat Kelsey reach 5-year contract

He did mention that Daniel T was doing great things and he expected alot from him next year....for whatever that means

Has entered the transfer portal. I liked his potential but it does open us up for another big to come in now

An old friend is trying for a 2 time CBI championship tonight on espn2 semifinal at 9pm. He played against Jamir Chaplin in the first roundalso

looks like Louisville is the only remaining opening we need to fear about losing our coach. Once that fills we should be safe for this year

Amari Williams, 6-10, PF, Sr., Drexel Dragons
One of the best interior defenders in the portal, Williams earned first-team All-CAA honors and was named CAA Defensive Player of the Year after averaging 12.2 points, 7.8 boards and 1.8 blocks.
-
Dennis Evans, 7-1, C, Fr., Louisville Cardinals
Evans is an intriguing player in the portal. He played in only seven games for Louisville before it was announced he wasn't medically cleared to compete. But he's a former ESPN 100 prospect with a very high ceiling.
Jevon Porter, 6-11, PF, Soph., Pepperdine Waves
The younger brother of Michael Porter Jr. and Jontay Porter averaged 16.2 points and 5.8 rebounds to earn honorable mention All-WCC honors. Had at least 22 points in three of his final four games at Pepperdine.

In case were wondering, the answer is yes, Joshua Lewis’ father is Fred Lewis. The elder Lewis played for USF (1989-92) and ranks in USF’s all-time top-20 in career points (1,105) ranking No. 17 in program history. Fred Lewis made 56.0 percent of his FGA (5th all-time) and ranks tenth all-time in steals 139. He is also the head basketball coach at Blake HS.
