Schedule will be released later today

Ya someone in the office said it was the 1st time Syracuse had 100 scored on them at home in 25 years.
It was the first time giving up 100 at home in 10 or 11 years, and the first time they had given up 60+ in the first half at home in like 20

Agreed, their service really sucks

If we play UConn during Thanksgiving week again, I will be there this time
-
I can agree with that, all the UNC fans we encountered were first class people

THE GUY WHO WROTE THIS ARTICLE IS THE SAME GUY WHO SAID WE HAD NO BUSINESS PLAYING PITTSBURGH ON HOMECOMING!!!!!!!!!
I wrote a very angry letter to the editor, all the kid talked about was how palko was going to tear up our defense and that we should play easy teams on homecoming...
PITT turned out to be quite an easy win for us...actually, we turned PITTS entire season around...haha
I almost wrote a letter to the editor as well, but I figured being the dunce that had that published in the school newspaper was punishment enough

The only difference is, we didn't have Auburn come to our house this year and really hand it to us with a young team that is only going to get better.
-
I'm gonna try to make it out

I noticed on the Rivals board for UNC that most of them are writing it off as a loss, aside from the crazy fan here or there who thinks they can definitely go 4-0 to start the season. For the most part, they're expecting us to be a force to be reckoned with next season
-
Them beating us, Miami, and South Carolina in a 4 game stretch is crazy. Especially since they come to our house. They can ask Louisville, winning here is not an easy thing to do, no matter how good you are.
-
This season might have been a lot different if we hadn't opened it up with McNeese State. The team definitely needed that game to get their act together.
-
If we play like we played today, I think we could take 5 of those games. And if we do that, I think Mac keeps his job
-
The officiating was not that bad.... There were some bad calls but they went both ways. A few times we were lucky when it came to the calls. I dont think there was a conspiracy.
The only calls that really pissed me off came when the Marquette players were flopping on the floor after the slightest bit of contact and the refs were quick to blow the whistle on us. That was getting pretty ridiculous at one point.

Howard seems like a distributing guard to me, at least from what I've seen in the last few home games that I've attended. But to me, it seems as if he has a calming effect on the rest of the team. He seems to be a natural leader.

I would love to see a highlight video for this year alone

Tough way to lose. Bulls played tough

New TE that apparently has us as his #1 school. After watching his recruiting video, it looks like he can do it all as a TE.
-
who is the kid going to Auburn this weekend?
Did anyone catch his name? Would have committed to us, but due to canceled recruiting is now going to Auburn this weekend.
I believe the name was Patrick Hampton.
Intial Thoughts on our 2007 schedule

1) Louisville. I believe WVU lost some O-line, and I don't know how well they will have gelled that early in the season. Louisville however will have all season to get their act together and they will be looking to avoid what happened in 2005. They'll be well prepared.
2) I would say Rutgers. The Pitt game could be depending on what kind of weather we draw going up there in late November.
3) UCF. 5 days before we go up to Rutgers, however I think we'll still pound them in our own house. If we somehow get to the Pitt game with the conference already clinched (a possibility since we have Louisville and WVU at home), this game could be a trap game too since we'd likely be coming off a huge win at home against Louisville.
4) UCF will definitely be a tougher game than FAU.
