for being cordial and good sports.....You represented your school with pride and bravado....I have to say though.. that I was dissapointed and outraged with the behavior by a number of young fans from USF and ECU. I really dont know when it became necessary to display crude and degrading signs...run around like total jackasses during the game and berate the opposing fans...feel the need to use profanity in just about every sentence spoken...and display disrespect for both themselves and their university by their behavior...What I saw Saturday saddened me deeply..If this is the future of college football fans...Then I may well give up my season tickets and find another passion to support...I sincerely hope that the fiasco that I observed from both ECU and USF fans was a one time occurance...ECU has a history of being a party school but not a school that tolerates the type of crap I witnessed Saturday....USF has a young fan base ...and Im afraid if you dont get a handle on what I saw...You are going to get a reputation that it doesnt deserve...Im sorry for my rant...I wasnt planning on posting here again but this has really bothered me....good luck Bulls and best regards..

Not only did your team take us to the woodshed on the field...but your fans,band and cheerleaders made us look pathetic....Ive been following ECU football for 30 years and Ive never been more saddened than I was today....USF came to WIN....ECU came to ATTEND....good luck in the future

We serve beer at our on-campus basketball arena as well, so it isn't just due to the fact that we play off-campus. It may well be a state law thing...I believe that Cincy sell suds too.

Scheduling is not that hard....You must look out at least 5 to 6years...You must play at home someone that will generate interest for your fans outside of your conference play...In a nutshell...INSTATE RIVALS...and not UCF.....USF may have to swallow their pride and do what ECU did years ago to generate instate wars with UNC and NCSU...USF might need to work  deals with UF,FSUand UM...you may have to take a 2 for 1 deal...but you will get your fans used to travel for big games....The media will eat it up...and you will have the opportunity to totally sell out for a home game...your alums will talk about the series nonstop...Money will roll in..No USF fan could tell me that they wouldnt love to get a shot at any of the so called FLA elite...at home. 8-) Scheduling is much easier as a BCS school.... sorry-- you wouldn't know anything bout that now would you. We've only been "manhandled" once this season -- against Tulsa on the road.  I don't think we'll play that poorly in B'ham.  You may have to cry.  Kyle...I gotta keep you straight...We lost to Tulsa at home...but I agree..we played pretty well the rest of the year...with the exception of the Rice 4th qtr fiasco

actually it was WVU 27-10....althought it wont make a hill of beans to either team on the 23.

I agree with you just about all the way down the line....except ECU has one of the best punters in the nation with an average of almost 44per kick...Im not saying it cant happen..but there havent been many returns at all...mostly fair catches this season...I think ECUs weakness may be in Kickoff returns not punt returns...We have not covered kickoff like I would have liked..I know USF fans think this should be a cakewalk...and...Hell it may be...Vegas has it USF-4 today...ECU has covered the spread 10 out of 12 so far this season. I think is all comes down to the battle in the trenches...whichever team controls the offensive line of scrimmage...will probably win...as usually happens I see it USF up 7 at the half...up 3 into the 4th...winning by 3....ECU covers the spread...but no cigar. Get your AD to call Terry Holland...a series would be good ...just no 1 here and 2 there stuff...we are through with that. No offense, upperdeck, but your fellow CUSA fans have attempted to belittle USF for "having a superiority complex" for believing that they deserve nothing but 1 for 1 contracts.  If USF is belittled for it, how does that apply to a non-BCS ECU team? Mike...It really only has to do with money....We used to go and play UNC,SC,NCST and others in 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 deals because the payday was better for us away than home...The dollar loss gap has closed significantly and we really dont need that income today...We can play ...and will next year both NC and NCSU and will draw 50+ at home...now we couldnt do that with USF but certainly we would seat close to 40k....I really cant speak for the rest of CDOA....but a series with USF that isnt home and home would not make sense for ECU financially...since we have better attendance than USF. Thats not a slam on USF...Your program is growing very quickly and USF has done wonders...It is taking time to get the people on board with your program..I see USF in 10years drawing 40 to 50K....good luck in BMH
