My vote is for Chase Litton. Prototypical NFL size. Give him a red shirt year to learn the system and get some weight on that frame then he will be good to go.  

2013 - Starter: Bench So, Backup - Floyd So, 3rd - Eveld Sr

2014 - Starter: Bench Jr, Backup - Floyd Jr, 3rd - Mike White RS Fr, RS - Litton

Starter could be a toss-up for 2014. Floyd might be able to take snaps finally.

2015 - Great position to be in with 2 Sr QBs, 1 RS So and 1 RS Fr

Sounds good. I can envision students lining up about 30 minutes until tip off from say the Rec Center and running/jogging to the statue to touch the bull then continuing on to the student section. Security could scan a student ticket (assigned seats to avoid people fighting over the best seats) prior and check for prohibited items during the line up so as to allow these participants the ability to run straight into the stadium. 

Alumni and fans could line up making a corridor of sorts for the students to run through.
