  1. Bring on Devine. That would turn the recruiting world on it's head. Have you guys seen him on utube. He has a million video clips of him just racking up yards, punishing defenses, scoring TD's, and performing an all around magic show. I would love to have this guy as a bull.
  2. It would be nice if he considered the bulls, after all, Leavitt has been recruiting one of his team mates Quenton Washington (cornerback). It would be a nice suprise indeed. I guess after reading the article that the NFM coach said that was an option that was already discussed. But since USF hasn't inquired about him after some time, that it looks like that deal would never even have a chance to happen. But I guess crazier things have happened.
  3. "Anyhow, Iandoli said he wouldn't rule out Devine and USF, said it's an avenue that's been discussed, and Washington's commitment helps the Bulls a lot, but he also said nobody from USF had called him about Devine in weeks. Devine, by the way, is in a new batch of trouble." - This is a quote from Greg's Blog. So do we have a shot at Noel? Didn't he verbally committ to UM. I know there has been talk on here before about picking him up. Seems like he's in trouble right now........Leavitt tends to look past trouble-makers. Man, that would be a huge pick up.
  4. http://blogs.tampabay.com/usf/ Real Nice!!
  5. I also only voted once. Never thougth that it would be that close or that we would win it. I'll vote again........and I'll get people at my work to vote as well. GO BULLS!!!!!!!!!!
  6. I think, just based on what I've read about him, that he could be really good in a couple of years. I guess in an ideal world, he goes out there next year, challenges Grothe in camp, redshirts and then is ready to take the reigns as a junior after Grothe graduates a couple years later. It's gotta be a difficult time for him, though; when he committed, we were starting Pat Julmiste, an OK quarterback who was a senior, and now we're starting Matt Grothe, an outstanding quarterback who is a freshman. Pretty different situation. Can't think of a better mentore for that kid than Grothe. Even if he starts his Junior year after Grothe graduates........he'll have the knowledge and experience that he gained under Grothe. It could turn out to be a great situation for USF's depth at QB.
  7. Yes, I happen to like the way my hair looks in this visor, and NO, I WON'T BE TAKING THE JOB AT UM!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. We should give him two dining halls!!!!!!!! Whatever CJL wants.
  9. CJL........there's something special about him......about his loyalty. I'm not saying he will never look at another program, hell it's business. He will most likely use any offer to his advantage and have USF make a counter offer. Leavitt is our Bowden!!
  10. There seems to be a buzz on the WVU message board that Coach Rod. is being courted by Bama to take over the head coaching spot. Has this already been discussed on the board? Does anyone have any further info on this? It would be an interesting development.
  11. The dance teams are usually a little more "curvey"..........not that I mind.
  12. Hard to believe. They're going to be tough for a while.
  13. I just sent in my request. I hope everyone else has sent in theirs. I want a USF FATHEAD!!
  14. Our Program's progress has been exponential.............what's your excuse. Pirate ship in the doldrums!!
  15. Exactly!! They lost to UAB!!!!!!!!!1 UA - Freakin - B........are you kidding me!!!!!!!! Let them play any team in the Big 12......Like Kansas, and let's see what would happen. And Cincy would have them for lunch.
  16. We lost by 6 to Kansas as we were finding our offense.......and if you remember Cincy beat Ruters and had losses to OSU, UL, and Virg Tech. Cincy would kill you guys. Were not the same CUSA Bulls. I would keep your trash talking to a minimum.........we'll play it out on the field.
  17. I understand......I meant that I knew we would not get enought pts to be ranked in the AP poll (or any other poll for that matter), but that at least one of our FL writers would have ranked us before Mitch Vingle from the Charleston WV Gazette did. But whatever.
  18. Yeah, that is a pretty crappy deal. I'm not asking to be in the top 25, but the win deserved a little more than NOTHING from our state writers.
  19. No, but it may get us some more votes and help us out in the preseason polls, right? I'm not sure, but I think it would.
  20. Burhnam is the man. His experience at FSU, and his ability to produce Sunday Players is greatly appreciated at USF. Watch for people to start comparing our D to the old Miami defense. Speed Kills!!
