    All I can say is "thank god for beer at the dome", it helps medicate the season. Hopefully we can get some Jack in there when the Big East schedule starts.

    O line speed is more like 5.05 to 5.2. Its more like D Line speed. Shaun King only ran a 4.9 before going to Tulane.

    I say its a good effort from a banged up team. I am actually suprised about close the game was. I am glad to see McHugh starting to step up his game.

    That is effen hilarious that Ole Redneck has a better business school than USF. Mississippi just exudes several major business industries and opportunities. I agree with smazza money is involved.

    It could get mored DEAD as the year goes on. Am I supposed to be stoked when we make a run on a bad basketball team? Some of us are were put to sleep by Capko's play or the number of bricks we shot. Like DMince said "at least we showed up".

    I hope its sunny for the bowl game. I remember our players last game in freezing conditions. BRUTAL. If you want to see some snow, head to the mountains about 45min N of Charlotte.

    What a dump Greenville NC is. When we played up there a few years ago all I heard is how they should be in the Big East. They were very angry about us getting into the Big East and were very verbal about it in the hotels, bars, restaraunts..... My simple reply to them.. What does Greenville have to offer? Their answer .... "Silence"

    That must have been Sam. He is a USF alum I run into in Detroit all of the time.

    Yeah the I got the Goat on the arm. It was my era at USF. A few of my boys got it as well. Personally the Brahma Bull was my favorite.

    Yeah only 6 turovers in the books. But he made bad decisions all day. Like dribble to a bad spot then throw a pass and make another teammate be a bad non-scoring position resulting in a turnover. I hope he can grow from the game. As for competition? Its going to get alot harder as the year goes on.

    I know Capko is a walk on. But I was suprised how he got exposed for his lack of ball handling and passing skills. I hope he can fight through the year and get better as the year goes on.

    Yeah I don't see anyone jumping on the tennis or soccer team. Personally baggy shorts on a football player is no worse than the Euro capris on the tennis players.

    I just love how uptight everyone gets because a kid wears "hip hop" gear. The kids on the football team have more things going on besides deciding what chinos and collared shirt they should buy at Gap. Or wether they have the money to do that. This was a last minute idea and these kids didn't have to do it. Hell they probably would have rather sat in the stands and gotten phone numbers from fellow coeds. If you have every spoken to these kids you would know that 97% of them are "yes sir" and "no sir" kids. So cut them some slack, have a beer and relax at the game.
