  1. Charlie Creme has us at a #7 sead in the Greenville 2 bracket, and our second game would be against our nemesis..... You got it.... We can't seem to distance ourselves from UCONN.

The wonderful thing is that if we can make our way to play UCONN, it will essentially be a home game for them being played in Storrs, Connecticut.   Although we seem to have done it to ourselves, we can't seem to catch a break.

I guess we wait for Selection Sunday to find out for sure where we are going to land and when we will get to play UCON for the Um-teenth time.

I'm pretty sure all the games we lost this year we took too long to wake up and play our game.  We need to start off strong and finish strong.

    Go Bulls!

  2. Well, our bench played much better against UCF, and we can hope that they continue the trend with each game,  I think they are starting to believe that they are as good as we all (and the coaches) think they are.  In other words, win each game with less turn overs, and more rebounds, and we can let the rankings take care of themselves.  This is where we will see a lot of the wanna-be's dropping a game or 2 or 3 as it gets closer to conference tournaments.  As they drop, we can pick up some rankings!  That's the secret ingredient in this secret ingredient soup of a team.

  3. Honestly, I think you complainers take this **** to extremes.  There is no Loser Mentality.  No athlete steps on the court or field with the intention to not play to their fullest abilities.  It takes 2 teams to play a sport, and the ball bounces one way or the other.  Any team can have good moments in a contest and bad moments.  If you believe in all this loser mentality crap, then by all rights, the Bears should have won the game vs the Dolphins were defending their perfect season.  Did they (Bears) have a loser mentality in that year?  When the Patriots were going for a perfect season and played the Giants that year?  The Giants found a way to win and I suppose the Patriots that day were accused of having a loser mentality?  Even last week when the Vikings made the unbelievable comeback against the Colts, or even the Patriots' monster miscue against the Raiders.  I suppose extreme people think those that the losing teams in these cases had Loser Mentality!

You all need to mellow out and realize that sometimes split second decisions (from either team) can turn a game from a likely win, to a crazy last min loss.  It doesn't make them "losers", it just means they lost.  You learn from it, and hopefully in the same situation next time you get a different outcome, and win a few times as well.

  4. Would love to see (or hear) our home stands full or even at least more than 3000/4000 fans in the arena every home game.

I think one year (2018/2019) we actually had an average of close to 3500 per home game, and more when the visiting teams were ranked.

Would love for us to have more of an atmosphere like Uconn or frankly any other team ranked in the top 25 had for their home games.

Maybe this is the year we do that!

  5. What a great read, and also YouTube video on Joey Johnston's article on the website:

Quarterback Quinton Flowers set 42 program records and led Bulls to 20 straight weeks in the Top 25.

Gave me chills watching some of those plays again, and also a longing for a second lightning strike on recruitment to get talent like his back on our team.

Guess. I'll be using the next 2 hours to troll YouTube for QF highlights.

    Go Bulls!!!
