I thought it was supposed to come out this afternoon. Am I missing something?

Greg Auman had said he expected to have it today, but he said in the comments below the most recent post on his blog this evening that he hadn't heard anything about it.

I'm not over in Vero, but if it hasn't come out yet, I'm thinking it's likely tomorrow ...

If only he would post on here once in a while.  ;)

Any word?  IMO the delay in the depth chart being released will only add to the speculation at QB.

Do you really think they'd have Gunsby No. 1? Daniels is the starter. He has a full year of Big East experience. He was a huge part of the offense last year. One scrimmage isn't going to change that. Holtz has joked that if he knows nothing else, it's that Daniels is a starter. Daniels would have to play poorly in games -- multiple games -- to prompt any kind of full-time change at the position. There's a ton of learning and comprehension involved -- very hard as a true freshman. Gunsby is showing promise and I imagine will get a few mopup series in the early games to have him more game-ready. If Daniels went down, they'd move Landi over from receiver.

Apparently Greg has missed some of our other enlightening threads where it has been determined that Gunsby is clearly our #1 QB, and Daniels will have to return kicks or something to be useful.

:D

+1...finally some sane thoughts and reason.  We need to relax a little...I know the season is close at hand and we are getting the itch, but there are a lot of other guys fighting for more key spots (WR, RB, LB, K, etc).  I bet that's what is taking so long

I'm interested in seeing the outcomes from the battle at MLB with Barrington being held out mostly with the shoulder injury. And our number 2-4 WR's, and even our battles in the secondary. Think those are what we all should be focusing on.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
