CSH is a pretty smart guy  I see why it maybe taking a little longer to give out these last few scholarships.  With the addition of Gidrey from ECU today.  (Got that info off G.A.'s blog) he is doing the ol 1-2 step.  He is giving his old fullback that understands Todd Fitch's offense a 1yr scholarship then using that same scholarship for Aycock in January when.  He must be a great salesman.  Now how do we get another one of the guys to walk on so we can get Bowen's and 2 others

but, i am somewhat in your camp as i think we will have a real good idea whether skip is the coach to take us to the promised land after three seasons

I will be convinced this season that Skip is the right man for the job if the team (1) plays more disciplined (2) improves on special teams and (3) develops a running game over the course of the season.

it seems that in Skip's mind our progression to becoming a really good team relies on a personnel make-up that Skip simply doesn't have this season.  In all honesty, I'm not convinced Skip will go with BJ at QB for three years. . . . . . . I detect that he greatly prefers bigger players then CJL liked for our spread (Gunsby, Weatherford, Gidrey is 6'3", and Holtz's line recruits so far were giants).

Lol  got to be careful, Stony Brook could come up and bite us.  ;D

I guess its just summer boredom, but I'm tired of hearing about how awesome Skip is going to be, I want to shut up and beat UF already.
