Is it just me or was this guy a beast in the spring game.  Hard Hitter, big body.  Seems like he could really help our defense in stopping the run.

Yeah-it should be a good battle between him and Barrington for the starting job. Good to have some deapth there

He looks old school out there. Just a big body and bad intentions.

Yeah-it should be a good battle between him and Barrington for the starting job. Good to have some deapth there

I think Barrington is solid at #1 ... but Lanaris seems to give us excellent depth.

I think it comes down to who can learn Mark Snyder's system the quickest

Looks almost like Big Ben is back.  He is also reputed to be a gym rat and off field leader.

I honestly think Barrington could be better as a OLB but that would be something that would happen after this upcoming season.  In 2011 i could see Lanaris in the middle with DeDe and Barrington on the outside.
