Just saw this on ESPN

The fact that USC could possibly get a BCS at large while losing to two unranked teams and not winning their conference is disturbing.  Don't even get me started on LSU

For LSU to get a BCS spot would mean that either UF or Bama dont get a BCS spot. Rules are that only two can go to a BCS conference per conference. There can never be three from the same conference. So, I guess Bama would have to lose to Auburn and then lose to UF to get LSU in.

The media perception is that USC is entitled to play for a national championship every year. They are a regular 3 loss team.

Pitt and Cinci are absent from the entire article.  Not mentioned among the teams still playing for automatic bids.

usc needs to play up to their potential.  for a team with that body of work and history to get out recruited and beat by washington and stanford is shameful.

Guess they forgot about those two top ten teams...typical.

What about Miami? if they beat us and finish 9-3 how the f can they get an at large bid?  Bc they beat GT?  Granted their schedule is hard but three loses is the ax usually.  I could never see them jumping a two loss GT team
