good for him but I really dont see him getting and real PT. They need to be carefull with him untill he gets 100%.

Wouldn't hurt to see what he could do on kickoffs did he ever return kicks for us?

Well.. If coach believes he is 100%, then I would put him in at WR and see how he does... If he does well, perhaps put him in to return. There's been talk about a new return man anyway.

Personally  I have never understood the fascination with the smallish, former walk-on who has now torn his ACL twice.  Could he be a good player?  Sure, but other than the alleged speed I don't get the hype.  Well I have a theory, but oh well, best of luck to him and the bulls.
