it was one of those extreme angle kicks-- hey who was that kicker for USF who missed those against that Auburn team.... oh yeah-- gulp

Funny thing is, its not Bonani who needs to take the blame...its the blocking or coaching of blocking that does. Our opponents, and it doesn't make any difference if its FIU or Auburn, consistantly get major heat on or just flat out block our kicks. The angle, the distance, the kicker...none of those matter to our blockers, they make EVERY kick an adventure.

Funny, because 2 of Delbert's misses were blocked. One by Burnett who was completely untouched coming off the end. Of course, there were those who said it was because Delbert was slow to the ball  :

Don't worry Mike I'll be on here calling him a bum if he keeps missing short kicks.  Our problems last week were just too numerous that I never got to the kicking game.  Too busy with the job and family to hold everyone accountable in that disgraceful showing.
