It almost missed Cuba entirely. Also it was such a small storm that it was easy to intensify rapidly. By the time it made landfall, it was more like a 10-mile-wide tornado. I'd expect evacuation orders for the Keys to come out tomorrow. I think it takes 8-10 hours to evacuate the Keys, but the people that live there are very prepared so they don't need as much lead time.Lots of things could happen still, but Fay isn't that far away, so it's a bit problematic. To this point, Fay is very similiar to Charley's predicted path. Fay's strength will be almost entirely based on how much interaction she has with Cuba, so it'll be tomorrow evening before we know whether Fay will be a decent hurricane or moderate to weak TS.
