This is why I have said before, you need to take the smallest conference(BE) and then take the top four of each conference and compare them and then compare the bottom four.  Either way, if this guy thinks he has an accurate analysis he is wrong.  All he has is his opinion and not a real good analysis.

Smazza is in the group that thinks that USF should only play OOC games against top 25 teams, and nobody else except UCF.  There aren't too many folks that agree with that premise, simply because it isn't very realistic.  Many of the top teams are afraid to play us because we might win and it would make them look bad, the upside risk is definitely ours and the downside risk is theirs.  Plus, everyone is scheduling out so far, that it is difficult to get them signed.  Lastly, our AD has expressed a plan to play 1 I-AA team, 2 mid-majors, and 2 BCS teams for our OOC schedule.  A very reasonable plan, if you ask me...
