This is why, IMO, the portal should open the day after the Championship game for one week. Then have a one week signing period. Portal opens again the day after the last spring game, and another signing period for one week after that.

The early signing period should only be for high school.

He does not, but he has done a lot of things right over the past two jobs.   Oregon guy may be the favorite, but they can also afford to keep him.
