@Bull Matrix still hasn't denied being a Mike Kelly burner. I'm taking that as a sign that my theory is spot on.

Just read an article saying the American is gonna reach out to the pac12 remaining schools to join.

Yeah, I don't think this would be all that bad, if they joined the American. Would allow us to remain in the hopper for the ACC (along with Stanford and Cal) without having to join a GOR or paying an exit fee. And the American would clearly be the fifth best conference.

Hopefully it goes better than when Aresco reached out to the Big 12 OuT survivors and they ended up taking our schools instead.
