I don't think so. I suspect him receiving quite a bit of playing time last season means he doesn't have much of a case for a waiver for immediate eligibility.

He averaged 5 minutes per game in 23 games. In comparison, Jamir Chaplin averaged 4.5 minutes in 20 games. 

That's not much playing time imo.

seems like they are handing out waivers like candy at halloween though

More depth, even though he may not play alot.....is nothing but positives for this team.  

Eveything seems to be falling into place, which kind of scares me in a way,
