Dude would have us in the Big12 many years ago.

I would only have settled for the Big 12 in 2012 and only as a springboard into the newly reconfigured 16 team SEC.  The 16 team SEC, assembled while standing on the shreds of the former GOR deals, would quickly drive the Big 11, PAC12 and AAC to 16 teams - and they would have picked away any meat on the B12 bones.  But there would be unintended consequences....UCF would become the flagship of The American and proclaim themselves National Champions every year.  I’m not perfect.
