There was some discussion on the board whether Darnell Salomon should redshirt due to the depth at WR. During the last touchdown pass to Mitchel Wilcox I noticed Salomon came over to celebrate. Does that mean he is no longer able to redshirt this year?

he is not redshirting, he was in a few plays

Yeah I noticed he was on the field that last drive. They actually had him in the slot which was rather surprising

I'm pretty sure you can still redshirt if you play less than like 25% of the downs at the beginning of the season, but I could be wrong

Exactly. He played a few downs that first year and then was "injured" for the remainder of the season.
