Firing a gun into a dorm (allegedly) is not a mistake. That is what we grown ups call a major **** up.

A mistake is getting off the interstate on the wrong exit, or picking up the wrong milk at Publix.

I loathe people using the word mistake to refer to felony crimes.

Sad - like others have said.

To compare this to a domestic battery is silly.  This kid will go to jail, maybe prison.  You can't shoot into buildings and stay out of jail.

I admit CWT has been on my short list for quite awhile but...just when this team gets a convincing win & coach finally goes home to family to be awakened with that news has to be down right frustrating (putting it mildly).  I actually felt bad for him & the team.  Having that victory short lived with this.

I'm sure the usual reasons as to the "why" mentioned above will eventually come out.  I hope the  young man gets his life turned around.  Just glad no one was injured or lives lost.

100% agree with this.  I am no CWT fan, but this is just not fair.

Dalvin Cook is a piece of ****. But if you are an all-conference level piece of ****, FSU will send it's high priced lawyer on retainer to get you off.

For those who think they would take a chance on a backup OL on a bottom dwelling D1 team....no.

But yeah, if this was going to happen, I'm glad it did to sour Willie's 1 week victory tour. Let's not let him get any positive momentum. Still want him gone.
