I hope that Syracuse beats Louisville and gets ranked prior to our game with them. I also hope that Cincinnati continues to win until we play them. That way we can put together a string of beating three top 25 teams on our schedule. :GoBulls:

Navy will be ranked as will Houston so, we could actually beat 5 top 25 teams this season. We'd have a great argument for playing in the NCP. :icon_drink:

It would be better for us if Louisville wins that game.  They play Houston later in the year and we want Houston to be ranked as high as possible to give them a boost (Beating 2 top 5 teams in the season would be hard to overlook).  That way when we play them and win :-) it would be a win for us based on common opponents. Etc Beating Houston would equal beating Oklahoma and Louisville too (if they beat them).

Relax people...it will all play itself out.

Can we just for once lay of Joey? People think he's anti-USF, when the reality is that more people are just anti-Joey. For Effs sake.

Im not anti joey knight.  I just think if he thinks we should prove ourselves (which I agree) same should be said for UF.  They haven't accomplished anything.  Look at their last 5-6 games played.  Struggled to beat FIU in OT last year got smoked my FSU, Michigan, and Alabama and then start of the season struggling to beat the 125th ranked team in UMASS.. The beginning of this seasons schedule they play UK (blows) North texas literally the last ranked team in College and only other team that went winless besides UCF :-), then Presbetyrian ? after that they have a solid matchup with Tennessee and they then play a ****** Missouri team.  If they win those games they'll go from 25 to somewhere in 15th area with out proving jack squat.  So how is their top 25 ranking on his ballot justified??? im curious as to him elaborating on this if he wants to but I know he wont because im pretty sure the consensus around for a normal non biased fan would be to get UF out of the top 25 ASAP.  USF is way more deserving to be in the top 25 than UF is and that's a fact!!

  3. seriously.. did Joey Knight go to UF??? how can you rise up by struggling to beat #125 ranked team in the country? UF shouldn't be in the top 25 in the first place!!!  SEC east is the worst P5 division in football.. I remember some guys asking him why he didn't rank USF yet because he wanted us to prove ourselves.  Ok i get it but what has UF done to prove themselves besides struggle with crappy teams.  This goes all the way back to last year for them.. they re not a top 25 team you hear me Joey Knight!!! SMH

  4. i started earlier in the season going to Lids In Brandon and asking why are there 2 USF hats and Florida Miami and Florida st have their own rack.  The answer i got was that people don't buy it.  I called him out on that Bull. We don't sell more than those schools but theres no reason we shouldn't have more choices this being tampa.  So i went 2 weeks later and asked for USF hats.  Still nothing. I drop in every time i go to the mall and ask for USF hats to different employees.  Eventually they will get it the more people come in asking for USF gear.

I also make it a habit to say "Go Bulls" to anyone wearing the merchandise and I'm not even a **** alumni ( i plan to buy season tickets now that i can afford them seeing as I've been to 5 games this year might as well).  Most of my gfs have come from USF and they got me hooked on them when i moved here.  Didn't have a college team then and I've been a fan ever since.

  5. You know, there was this 6'-1" fellow italian kid from Illinois named Jimmy Garoppolo who didn't get any offers from FBS programs and he grew into a 6'-3" first round draft choice out of Eastern Illinois.  You never know what a kid can become by his junior and senior college years with great coaching.  Don't sell this Rizzo kid short.

Jimmy G was a second round pick
