  1. I'll say this T. S.(FSU commit) said he wants A. W. to be his QB bar none he wants to play with A.W. we'll see how that goes he's talking about coming on board T. Ross bigtime baller head hunter at safety coming to visit ( Louisville commit ) E.A. Watkins athlete let us know who ya like
  2. No they wouldn't do that boards don't mean anything. JK its just conversation that's all no fighting
  3. Well that's a good example, AW, Mr. Elite 11 MVP, Surely he's about to blow up! Recruiters gonna be after him SEC teams continue to contact him along with ACC. He was on the fence at one point NSD haven't come yet. He's been hearing all the great things about the other conferences and wants the most of every thing you spoke of. You just bumped him over on the wrong side point lets not plant seeds. Lets keep it Big East and USF at least on prospects and potential recruits trying hard to build a 2013 class of beasts don't need any negativity at all.JMO
  4. not that it would be the only reason but maybe cause uncertainty or concern not good when competing for attention
  5. That's a very scary thought ... Not directly however if the overwhelming sentiment of the fans is negative toward say the coaching staff or other aspects of the athletic programs as a parent or potential recruit i would have to consider the reasons. For example. If you can't talk up your own program why would a recruit not be concerned. Speaking on the initial decision to commit after you're committed then you play ball fans don't way in on that you give it 100 That's really not the scary part I was talking about ... It's more the way some here, at times, disrespect the kids making these decisions, those who don't choose us and sometimes those who do. +1
  6. Agree my focus in 100% Bulls no mention of any team being better or conference. What's the point cool un another forum not so much in "The Pen" I am now a salesman you would work for Nissan and talk about how good Toyota is and how they are better as a company even if its obvious im on team Nissan ain't no mention of another car co or brand all Nissan all the time especially in a Nissan forum ijs

  8. Inspite of that I am around tons of young recruits daily and they are extremely impressionable. Fans on the recruiting boards are extremely influential as recruits do frequent them. We did and if you can't talk up your own school why would I wanna go there? As a recruit you consider more than what the coaches say and what you see on a visit. Now that's a wow! Coaches will say anything its the totality of circumstances that you decide on...
  9. Let's get some of them 6'6" 6'5" basketball players on the D line to bat down some passes lol
  10. What length did I go to? I said that a coach like Nick Saban would bring way more with him than Skip Holtz has. It might sting, but I am not sure how you can disagree with that. I also said the SEC gets a million times more exposure than USF and the Big East does. Also not sure how you can disagree with that. Just because this is a USF board doesnt mean we have to just go around patting each other in the back and spoon feeding fairy dust. The things that need to improve wont do so unless they are pointed out. My angle is not to pat each other on the back eventhough it would be appropriate in this venue rather to encourage positive aspects of the Big East while sensationalizing USF Football. Time and place. Would like every opportunity to flip recruits from any school and any conference especially Fl. boys who wanna stay close to home. Don't wanna push um on the SEC side of the fence or acc side BigEast and USF a soft place to land...
  11. Fitch asked AW over this weekend so i guess he'll be around for some of Sat.
  12. Do you know that USF football will head to Vero Beach on Wednesday? yep another plus is Majority of the Woulard family lives in Vero ;-)
  13. T Ross , May be coming with us Sat to the Pen says if he likes the campus he gonna commit on the spot
  14. The only way he gets an Ivy education for free is if he is one of the best students in the country or has serious financial need. The Ivy League doesn't do athletics scholarships. T
  15. Let's not miss the intent here its for the benefit of a recruit that may be reading the post...*___*
  16. # 4 : Kids dream of ultimately being in the NFL if they are being advised correctly all things considered its a good chance going to their favorite college and playing early may not happen more than likely . So while there is a sense of pride and bragging rights associated with going to their favorite school it probably will not be a conduit to reaching the ultimate goal of making big money in the NFL and playing the game they love at the highest level...I don't like the idea of being so pro SEC on this board as there may be some who are on the fence about coming to USF and I would hate for you to sway them in another direction . USF dynasty starts now...
  17. Our thought process (me and AW) has never been about maintaining a colleges tradition or bandwagoning on a colleges tradition we chose to focus on getting on field sooner than later and going where we felt wanted. If ya put up numbers the conference don't matter as much. You wanna go to the NFL not be a career collegiate athlete and its over. If you can't get on the field don't matter the conference. I like USF a ton all things considered. I think if you're a Fl. recruit c/o 2013 2014 2015 come to the Pen. I encourage you to join us in the Big East we will be so dominant the next few years they'll be after us in the ACC especially with conference realignments in the coming years. In my opinion we will be the best team in college football
  18. I would like to get depth on the O Line that would enable us to run a quick strike offense wearing down defenses with the ability to rotate fresh legs in and out We are loaded at O-Line. Always, good to have a couple of more though. +100

  20. Not a priority for ever athlete, even then only one piece of the puzzle. Lots of good reasons not to be in the SEC. AW and i were on the SEC band wagon until we educated ourselves. We were also on the 4 and 5 star bandwagon til we educated ourselves. Break down players in the NFL who were 4 and 5 * in hs no significant difference. Look at players overall in the NFL from different conferences not a significant enough reason to go SEC because its SEC. Problem is sooooo many kids 4 and 5 * are caught up in the hype the SEC is jam packed with speed and talent "on the bench" and I would rather dominate in the BE 3 - 4 years which is your audition for the NFL.
