Wait till the players start to unionize. We'll have union conferences and non-union. What fun!
That's not how unions work. You'll have a section of players on each team unionized and some that aren't.
Uhhhh Ok. I guess taht makes as much sense as anything else I've heard on the subject.

What were the overall impressions throughout spring ball on these two? Seemed like White had the edge during practices, but Bench had a big spring game.

Just imagine. If he can somehow turn the mess of a USF BB program around, he can pretty much write his ticket to any program in the country.
-
It would be nicer when the day comes that everyone stops transferring back after graduation or when things don't work out and just pick USF from the get go.

Sounds like a great kid. Nothing but the best for him. Always a Bull!

One more year. Remember that this isn't the most sought after location for BB coachs. Next year will tell the tale. With incoming shooters and a healthy AC; next year will be the make or break.

Mark Harlan - come on down. Did someone say, "On Campus Staduim fundraising"?

Just the fact that he's throwing us some love is pretty cool.

Late 3rd or early 4th round

All of you guys are making my point. If we're in a position to "pay to play"; irregardless of conference affiliation, we'll be in a better position to fight for playoff terms, recruits, etc... Not every p5 team will want to pony up that kind of money, especially one taht is already deep in the red to begin with, with TV revenue that may or may not be what it once was. I think we come out of this at the end of the day in a pretty good spot - if we're prepared to pay the stipend.
-
To my thinking, the possibility of allowing colleges to pay athletes stipends will drive more realignment then CCG will. Some P5 schools just won't step up to the plate for that (WF, Pitt, etc...). Then what? Aresco sounds like he's pro stipend, and I'm sure USF and most other conference mates will be as well. I would think the ability to pay this (or not) will be what decides who sits at the big boy table and who doesn't.

BREAKING: 2014 QB Chase Litton will attend Fork Union Prep School in Virginia for one year. Eligible for 2015 class now.

A+.
How this class came together, and how far ahead we are of the other AAC teams in rankings is astounding. (Maybe one more DT)?
-
Just saw where he was heading to a prep school. Grades an issue as well?

Pleased to welcome freshman guard Jake Bodway (Minneapolis, Minn.) to the team as a walk-on. He will wear No. 13.
He's the white 3-point specialist, right?
Hope so.

Would agree there are some good building blocks in place. Lets see what next year brings

With a ranking of 39 on 247, we must be ranked ahead of quite a few P5 schools as well.
This is amazing considering our record the last few years.
Now CWT needs #dosomething on the field.
Was this ranking before or after Marlon Mack commited?

Jeff Odom â€@ByJeffOdom 2h #Gators may not be only school bidding for #USF verbal commit Deiondre Porter. Per @joshnewberg247, #Georgia & #Miami are also interested.
If UF is the slut, does that make Miami the prostitute?
