I didn't research his contract, but in a contract both parties negotiate the parameters. USF may have came with that intent, and Skip said no, I will take less money for this many years instead of more possible money, for this many years. Then USF agreed, without being part of the negotiations it is hard to say.

This will affect USF FOR NEXT 100 years.
