As far as gameday goes, I can bring a grill, coolers, tables. Maybe even some chairs. Although, they do have what seems like a one stop shopping tailgate lot with food included.

I took a very brief look at the tailgating at San Jose, there is one designated or featured tailgating lot?

Ghost is awesome. Seen them in concert twice. They have the current #1 song on the Active Rock charts. 

We totally had plans to build an OCS, but Russia hacked them.
