I like how aggressive our defense is. But they can't tackle. Too much shoulder and arm tackling. 

Greg Schiano would be a great recruiter. He brought in kids from Florida to New Jersey.

Bull94, I'm with you 220%. I really hate the "Bend over and grab ankles" defense. There's no way a DI defense should never give that many yards and points to a DII.

The offense needs to be fix in the worst way. But we have weapons on offense that they can work with. But we truly need a better DC. The players we have on defense can work for this team. Wally have done more with lesser talent.

Since Taggart is so close to the Harbaugh's. Right after the season up in a few weeks. He should go work for the 49ers for awhile. And bunk up with Coach Leavitt. Pick his brain on how to build a program. Because both Jimmy's won't be there after this season.

Question for everyone that follows football more than me. Has anyone seen a qb look at one receiver and throw to a different receiver while keeping his eyes on the receiver he isn't throwing the ball to. I know this would be a high risk throw but could it work and would it freeze up the linebackers so they don't cheat and double one receiver this forcing one on one coverage for the receiver

They really need to run more run option plays. Spread the defense out and run it down there throats. I'm really hoping this is the beginning of Bulls streak.

Didn't they recruit players to run a certain type of scheme? Lamar Robbins was recruited to be a press coverage corner. In his first camp as a freshman Bull. It was Lamar that was giving Andre a hard time. Elkino Watson is a bonafide 3 tech Dlineman. Which he will be playing in the pros. Todd Chandler is the only guy fit to play a 3-4 scheme. He is strong enough to take on blocks.

I'm not concern about the offense. It'll take awhile for the offense to get it right. When they get the QB position settled, the offense will get rolling. The defense is a different story. This defensive scheme is all about read then react, not attack.

Defense didn't lose the game. Offense did. Everyone knew Cincy would score on us, and that we had to outscore them. We didn't

And if this DC so good, how in the hell they gave up 31 points to a Western Carolina?

I know it's easy to hate but we have a pretty good coordinator. Hard to coach D with an offense this horrible.

This defense is not made to play aggressive. It's a bend, don't break scheme. The only time they play aggressive is around the goal line. Like a prevent defense.

Some will not agree. But there is a reason he's not in the NFL. The league don't let good coaches leave. And as I write this, they let a packet passing QB run in for a TD like he's Mike Vick. SMFH!!!!

I hate this defense!!! I never like the 3-4 defense. If Chuck Bresnahan was any good, he would be in the NFL still. I'm not a fan. They play so soft because they're not attacking defense. (The bend, don't break scheme)

Darrell Williams should know way be on the field as a starter. On Mike White. Let put his last performance all together. It wasn't great, but a whole lot better than his first game this season. A pocket QB WILL NOT be effective when there's pressure in his face all day. Tom Brady vs. Dolphins defense anyone? And how many drops did he get from his WR's and TE's? The offense can be corrected. The defense, not so much. I really hate the "Bend, Don't Break" philosophy. If NCST wasn't so bad, the score would've been worse.
