There is some good news.

Pitt has a chance to get better with an upcoming schedule that "soft" doesn't begin to describe. The Panthers player Division I-AA Youngstown State Saturday at Heinz Field and follow that up with Big East lightweights Rutgers, Cincinnati and South Florida.

The Panthers could -- should -- have a winning record by mid-October.

The schedule gives Cavanaugh time to get on the same page with Palko and Palko to get on the same page with his receivers.

The season is not lost. But the one many had hoped for, is.

You running one team sucks worse then the other team. They beat our ASS in every aspect of this game. You our any other UCF fan can't say a **** thing about USF. They may be the bottom of the Big East, but they beat the ever loving crap out of us, and hence are BETTER then us...I'm gonna go drive off a bridge now ....

If you really want to be amused you ought to read some of their posts on their home site. Looks like O'Leary turned from hero to goat. Don't know what it is with some folks but you see it on about every team board.  When you win you have the best coach but if you lose fire him. Hope us bulls fans don't turn on Leavitt like that for we may hits some rough bumps in the road for a couple of years.

We are rebuilding and when we are playing freshman and sophmores for the most part we will lose games. We have some really nice players to build around and they are learning while they play. Granted USF is not a very good football team but we are coming up from the bottom. Next year we will look back on these games in amusement since our players will be seasoned and ready to win. We will win several games this year but we must be patient while our very young team grows.

As you may, or may not know, I attend law school in Jacksonville.  While going to class today, wearing my black and gold USF shirt (I know, black and gold), a student stopped me and asked if I was a USF fan.  No, I just like the shirt?!  Of course, I said yes and he said that he was a graduate of West Virgina.  He welcomed me to the Big East.  I asked him if he was going to come to our home coming game and he indicated he was.  

We then started talking football, how young of a team WV is.  He then brought up Peyton and said what a stud he was and they wished that they got him!!  I was impressed that he knew our team that well.   ;D

Way too much credit being given to the nites D, Just becauset hese guys hold two freshmen  cocks to 72yds rushing.  Hey the same old **** rbs only rushed for 43 yds against jaw-ja.  That can make any D look good when you have  avg  RB's.    UCF hasn't seen the likes of HALL and I don't believe they can keep him back. If they stack the line (most likely) that will leave the WRs one on one which will be a huge mismatch to their Dbs. I believe ucf is in a world of manure with all the mismatches with the  Bulls . The final outcome of this game shouldn't be close but penaltys may make it closer then it should be.  Also , the cocks got 402 yds of offence against the highly touted D of the nites. Considering the ****-o's have an new coach, new system, and freshmen RBs I would love to have seen the final stats if the cocks had more experience.  No way the nites hold the Bulls to 200 yards total Offense.

And now with 2 games in the books we still do not know if Denson or Hill has an arm. Man I hope we are prepared if PJ happens to go down with an injury. I am no PJ supporter, but at least I've seen what he can do with his arm.

 We don't know what they can do, but the best part is UCF doesn't know.  The coaches know what they can or can't do so the play calling will be to their strenght. My hunch is that UCF will be caught with their armor down. You don't have 4 receiver sets just to gather rust.

Lets seeeee now Jaw-Ja was ranked ranked anywhere from #5 to #9 in the country last week so, if USC played withen 2 points of jaw-ja that would make USC ranked about #8 -# 10 because they played such a high ranked team,, in turn UCF's having nearly won that game with USC that should make them about equal to UGA and  USC.. . Wow,how is it them voters just overlook all the facts? Must be biased against UCF or they don't like O'leary cause they have UCF picked as the #105 team out of 119 teams in the country.. You're either having trouble comprehending the post, or you cannot admit that Leavitt has not accomplished ANYTHING on the field.  Sure, he has been head coach of a program that has gone from 1aa to """BCS""" in a short amount of time, but the question is "What has Leavitt accomplished ON    THE    FIELD?"

Fact is, USF has not done ANYTHING more than UCF on the field.  That is not to diss USF, that is just a fact.  Neither of our teams have proven a thing, but, for some reason, USF fans THINK their team has!  It's beyond baffling!
