it's reserved for the tech companies.  i forget the actual rule/name, but that's why it's never included in the master plan updates.  not sure about the beackground to that rule, though.  can anyone fill in more info?

This is the thing that irks me the most about conference realignment. The money gap. We are at a $20m a year disadvantage. 

 

Are we worth that much? Likely no. Are we worth $1.8m a year? Hell no. 

 

We are poorly valued, as is almost every other program in the AAC. Badly under paid.
