  1. I have 2 tickets for Army tonight. $20 for both, Im in Bradenton 812-1475 Dennis
  2. Stupid question, but does anyone know of anyone needing to unload some tickets?
  3. Well, sorry it took so long to update, but have had alot going on. My wife and I just added the newest bull. Shes our first, was born last week. I just ordered a USF outfit for her first home game. Anyways: Army looks like the may again have a QB issue. They have 4 on the roster, and none of them are looking to good. The following is a quote from the staff. " The position of quarterback at West Point is definately up for grabs. Bobby Ross and the rest of the Army staff know that it is sure to be a hard fought battle and no one is going to be overlooked." As far as WR, sounds like the have a good core. They have a WR, 6'6" 203, fast and great leaping ability. Sounds like they have some fast deep ball guys. However, for them to get the ball deep, they need a QB so that may be the issue. Ill post more in the next few days
  4. I am a fan, went to all three first round games, got tix today for first 2 games in the second. I think I will skip next round, because I know my Stanley cup tickets are gonna be expensive. And yes I do believe they will go all the way. Why does everyone seem to think they will fall on their face? They were not second in the NHL because of luck. We are first seed for a reason. And remember, there was NO WAY the Marlins could beat the Yankees last year.
  5. Well I have been lurking for a few years, but rarely post. E.T. I am the one that bought your two tickets for this coming year. I will be alot more active from now on. Most of my posts will probably be late night because I work midnights and sleep all day.
  6. To gauge the effect Bobby Ross has had on the beleaguered Army football team, you need only look at two numbers. This is just a portion of an article. Intereating that one man could make A diffrence. Before Ross was named head coach on Dec. 9, the Black Knights had four potential players scheduled for campus visits. But when the whirlwind of the open recruiting season wraps up next weekend, close to 70 football hopefuls will have been shown around. http://goarmysports.ocsn.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/021304aaa.html
  7. Well after last year, it can't be any worse. A legendary coach leading a storied program at one of the nation's most revered institutions ... that's the story line that unfolded this December when the leadership at the United States Military Academy announced the hiring of Bobby Ross as Army's new head football coach. Ross, who has built championship programs at both the collegiate and professional levels, was named the 34th head coach in the history of intercollegiate football at the United States Military Academy on Dec. 9. A head coach in the college ranks for 15 years prior to serving successful stints directing the San Diego Chargers and the Detroit Lions in the National Football League, Ross has led Georgia Tech to a national title and the Chargers to a Super Bowl. Ross compiled a 94-76-2 (.552) in 15 seasons as head coach at The Citadel (1973-77), Maryland (1982-86) and Georgia Tech (1987-91). He guided the Yellow Jackets to an 11-0-1 record and shared the national championship with Colorado in 1990. During nearly nine seasons at the helm of the Chargers (1992-96) and Lions (1997-2000), Ross authored a 77-68 overall record (.531). His clubs reached the playoffs in three of his five years in San Diego, guiding the Chargers to their only American Football Conference title and Super Bowl appearance in 1994. He also led the Lions to a pair of playoff showings, serving in the dual role of head coach and vice president for football operations.
