England is a country.  London is it's Capital city. The countries mentioned by SCBullsfan are united as part of the United Kingdom.  They do have counties.  Am I right RJW? Stop drinking your Riggwelter and get posting!  ;D
Gotta Love that Riggwelter!!
Ok well basically I think you guys have answered the question. London cause it is so big just goes as London on addresses but it is really in the county of greater london.
Other places like from where I am from (and the Black Sheep Riggwelter is made!) the address is written as such......Street Name, Town (ie York), county(North Yorkshire), Post Code. where as in London it would just be Street Name, London, Postcode (generally!)

Have only just found out they played this game in London so I could popped along...Also he was just on a weekly football show over here doing the halfway line crossbar challenge
Best thing is, if he actually makes the world cup squad he could find himself running out against England.

Dont forget the tour to Italy, will give the team a few more games to get to know each other

BUCHAREST -- Romanian second division soccer club UT Arad sold a player in exchange for 15 kilograms of meat, local sport daily Pro Sport reported on Monday.
However, fourth division Regal Horia made a bad deal because defender Marius Cioara decided to end his footballing career and take off to Spain to find a job in agriculture or construction.
"We are upset because we lost twice -- firstly because we lost a good player and secondly because we lost our team's food for a whole week," a Regal Horia official was quoted as saying by the daily in its electronic edition.

South Florida Spring practice starts March 21, Spring Game April 15
The big spring question is ... Is Pat Julmiste ready to be a major positive? The starting quarterback over the last two years has a 48% career completion percentage with 16 touchdown passes and 22 interceptions. With a few exceptions, the team was at its best when it was all about the running game with Julmiste throwing for fewer than 100 yards, but to win the Big East title, the Bulls need better quarterback play.
The most important position to watch is ... Defensive lineman. Running back will also be worth watching after losing heart-and-soul Andre Hall, but three of the four starters are gone from the defensive line meaning last year's depth has to form this year's rock upfront after finishing 17th in the nation in total defense and 14th in scoring D.
Spring attitude... Winning the Big East title is possible. With seven returning starters on defense led by one of the nation's best linebacking corps, and with six starters back on offense, the nucleus is there for another solid team. If the Bulls can hold serve at home and come away from Kansas with a win, a 6-0 start is very possible with Cincinnati and Syracuse still to play. Of course, road games at Louisville and West Virginia to close out the regular season could ruin title dreams, but a hot start could, at least, put USF in a great position. To start well, the holes have to be filled this spring.

there is actually a stadium like this already built in europe for a pro soccer team cant think of the name right now
Very true...In fact there are already 3 stadia that feature a movable pitch.
The Sapporo Dome in Japan built 2001
Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen built 2001
Gelredome in Holland built 1998

Also...if you believe the ESPN guys talking about the BE Commisioner, they were remarking that he chose to have only 12 teams in order to be able to give the top for teams a bye in the first round so that they only have to play 3 games in order to keep these top teams a game fresher for the NCAA championships
