Agreed. The only problem with that is the following scenario. Eastern Michigan realizes they're not selling 15000 tickets at $17 a piece no matter which way they cut it. SO, they call up the local chamber of commerce representative and say, "How would you like to buy 6000 tickets for $1 a piece? You can give them to the local auto dealerships, movie theaters, whatever." Even though EMU now has 15K paid attendance, it's not really paid attendance. Maybe I missed a clause to catch this, but enforcing the clause will be difficult as well.
