If they are going bowling ... they better do great in conf... my guess is they go at best 1-4 occ

where did u get that schedule.. Rutgers rivals site has... buffalo, Nc, Navy, and Ill.

  2. GOL said 32-35K for this year. We'll see.  Iam sure that number was included in their financials and is a must amke number.  Besides, I am sure there are people buying tickets this year to be sure they can get into the facility next year...

in their financials... on the new stadium ... they said they needed an attendence of 23 to 24 thousand.  last I heard we had 2500 new season tix holders over last year.. assuming just 2 tix per holder... we should be up near 15k.

  3. If it's anything like the Houston Bowl, CUSA is brought in on a 1 out of 4 year cycle.

acording to another article I read the CUSA comish... said cusa is guaranteed 2 spots in 4 years.. details are supposed to still being worked out.. my guess is BE will be guaranteed 3 ...same for big 12 which is unlikely to have a team for all 4 years...

  4. UCF is projecting operating expenses, just in game day expenses and utilities, insurance, people to run the stadium at 1.626 Million per year. Plus another 400K in maintenance reserves.

That's maintenance. Now they also have the debt service of over 5 million per year.

Makes that $720,000 look like a bargain.

If I remember correctly UCF was expecting to make money as long as we averaged 23k per game... Tex game will be a sell out... my guess is we average 30k plus the first year... which will build a reserve toward future years... UCF will do just fine.  We get all concession $$$ all parking $$$$ all tix sales $$$$  We didnt get that renting CB bowl... just like u dont when renting Buc bowl.

  5. You can't use this years draft to say there isn't much talent.  UCF had a TOTAL of 6 seniors - 5 of which started.  That's it.  not bad considering 4 of them just signed with NFL teams (1 Drafted, 3 FA).  66% of UCF's seniors or 80% of our senior starters aron NFL teams.  that isn't bad.  Where does USF stand?

    in a cow pasture..???
