Betty Castor was USF President when USF first fielded a football team, if she had stepped up and kept this focus on academics at USF instead of football, we would not have a Bottom 10 football program now.

USF proved themselves to not be worth of the greatness of CJL, but at this point cannot afford for CJS to be a failure.
